- Try connecting to a completely *different* eBook or database on the Library's database list. If you can successfully connect to *other* eBooks or databases - then you know the connection problem is NOT with your username/password. Instead, the connection difficulty probably rests with just that individual resource.

- Many access issues with online resources will resolve by clearing browser history, cache, and cookies. To access the browser's settings, find the browsing data or privacy settings, then choose to clear cookies and other site data. Different browsers may have slightly different steps, but the general process is similar.

- Please note that some databases have a limited number of simultaneous users. So, it is always a good idea to try connecting again before reporting the problem. The connection may work perfectly the 2nd time you try it.

- If you cannot connect to ANY library databases, then the problem is likely with your username, password, or workstation settings. In this case, contact the IT Assistance Center (ITAC) for assistance (245-4822 or 245-ITAC).
