Program Description

The Department of Philosophy supports programs at the undergraduate and graduate level. 

At the undergraduate level, the department supports the following:
  • Philosophy Major
  • Philosophy Minor
  • Religious Studies Minor
  • Value Studies Minor
  • Classes within the Core Curriculum: Philosophy 1305 (Philosophy and Critical Thinking) and Philosophy 1320 (Ethics and Society)
At the graduate level, the department supports the following:
  • Master of Arts in Applied Philosophy and Ethics
  • Certificate in Professional Ethics
  • Graduate minor in Philosophy
