#Stayhome and stay healthy Bobcats!! These companies are all providing free access to the internet for students who don't have it in their home. Try these before risking your health to go to a public place for internet.
All these places have limited service areas, but we know our Bobcats are working from all over the country, so we're listing all we find, even if they don't serve San Marcos
Comcast and Xfinity
Through "Internet Essentials" program, they will provide home internet access within 5-7 days to students who do not have it
Charter and Spectrum
New customer households with K-12 or college students will receive 60 days of free access and no installation costs. Additionally all public hotspots have moved to free.
SuddenLink, Optimum, and Altice USA
New households without current access to the internet can receive 60 days of free broadband access.
Cox and Connect2Compete
