To search for models or charts go to the University Library Homepage and click on the link to the Catalog. In the Catalog, enter the search term for the item and click search. Be aware that both Alkek and RRC Library have model and chart collections. If you would like to narrow the results to models or charts held at the RRC Library, use the FORMAT and LOCATION filters to refine your results list:
*The RRC Closed Collection is only accessible by staff. Items in the Closed Collection must be paged by a staff member.
For best results, place a hold on items in the RRC Closed Collection as staff may not be able to obtain items on short-notice.
Once you identify a model you would like to check out, click on the item title. The item record will have a link to "Place Hold." After clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter your NetID and password. You will also need to select a pickup location. You will receive an email notification when the item is ready for pickup. You will have one week to pick up the item before it is returned to the stacks.
