Zotero

► Download Zotero 7.0 for Mac, Windows, Linux, and iOs

NOTE: You can also download the app and use Zotero for Mobile on iOs (Android app coming soon). 

Download: 

1. Use Google Chrome browser 
2. Navigate to Zotero.org to download Zotero
   • Your operating system will automatically be detected
   • Zotero does not work with Chromebooks
3. Download the program and the connector

Install Zotero: 

1. Close Microsoft programs
2. Open the dowloaded file (.exe or .dmg)
3. Follow install directions
   • Zotero and MS Word add-in will be installed
4. Open Zotero (a quickstart guide will appear)
5. Open Word
   • Look for Zotero on the toolbar 

Install a Connector

The connector allows you to save things to Zotero directly from the browser of your choice.

1. Choose Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge
2. Install 

Create an Account

1. Log in with an existing account or
2. Sign up for an account from the Zotero app 
   • Choose "create account"
