Table top role-playing games (TTRPGs) are collaborative storytelling games where the players work together to verbally describe and enact a story, often around a table. One of the most common TTRPG systems is Dungeons and Dragons, which has seen a rise in popularity in the recent decade through popular shows like Stranger Things that incorporate the game into their story, and even livestreams or podcasts of D&D games like Dimension 20 and Critical Role.
