So you're searching the web for more information...
There's a ton of information out there, so you'll want to be careful! For this project, I'd stick to:
- Government agencies - not elected officials
- Professional Associations - get to know the professional associations in your field
- Professionals in the field (Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering and/or Hydro Engineering Firms)
- Interested non-profits - they've usually done a lot of research or are local and invested in the outcome
