General Recommendation based on topics: brainstorm synonyms for each part of your research question. Focus on your population and combine that with different parts of your research question because searching all parts of questions below will not bring back enough search results. Decide if level of athlete is important enough to include (college, high school), in case your search results are too limited. Consider focusing on athletes first then try including a specific sport, again, in case your search results are too limited. I'm happy to meet with you to discuss your topic and how to combine searches.

1. In competitive track sprinters, does a dynamic stretching warm up performed before practice, compared with a static stretching warm up, reduce the incidence of hamstring injuries? Search

2. In (adult*) with ("chronic low back pain" OR "chronic lumbar spine pain" OR "low back pain"), does core "stabilization exercise*", compared to general "strength* exercise*" reduce pain and improve function (pain OR function)?

3. In collegiate baseball athletes recovering from lower extremity musculoskeletal injuries, does blood flow restriction training, compared to traditional resistance training without restriction, lead to greater improvements in muscle strength and functional outcomes?

4. In soccer players (or as phrase) with patellar tendinopathy, does an eccentric exercise program compared to other exercise approaches reduce pain and improve function?

5. In (male* OR men OR man) (runner* OR running) with ("pronated feet" OR pronation OR "pronated foot"), will having a custom made (orthotic* OR orthosis OR orthoses), compared to an over the counter shoe insert lead to greater improvements in their gait pattern?

6. In college (football OR athlete), does an ("IV infusion" OR "intravenous injection" OR "iv injection" OR "intravenous infusion") or an ("oral intake" OR "fluid intake" OR hydration) of a sports beverage help athletes return to a euhydration status more effectively?

7. Regarding ("high school" OR "secondary school*" OR "secondary education") (basketball OR athlet*) players who have chronic ankle instability, does a biomechanical ankle platform system(BAPS) or ankle four-way exercises improve ankle instability or reduce reinjury compared to ankle taping alone.

8. In (colleg* or university) or  (soccer OR athlet*) players with hamstring tightness, is dry needling compared to cupping more effective at increasing flexibility

9. In college (football line*") or (football OR athlete*), how does the use of prophylactic knee bracing, compared to a quadricep and hamstring strength regimen, help reduce the risk of injury to the ACL and the MCL?

10. In male basketball players (basketball OR athlete) from ages 12 to 20 (young adult*), does infrapatellar strap compared to a wrap by pre-wrap prevent
